The Opportunity:
This entry-level role sets you up to become a full-time Sales Representative. You’ll spend your first 6–12 months in the warehouse learning our products, customers, and operations before moving into customer service and sales. After your training (typically within 18-24 months), you’ll step into a Sales Rep role where you’ll be out on the road, meeting customers, building relationships, and helping to grow the business.
As a Sales Rep, you will:
- Build strong relationships with trade customers
- Develop new business through cold calling and networking
- Promote and sell a wide range of electrical products and solutions
About You:
You’re a go-getter who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Sales excites you, and you’re keen to roll up your sleeves and learn from the ground up.
We’re looking for:
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Motivation, drive and a genuine interest in sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A willingness to learn the business from the ground up
- A current driver’s license and full Australian working rights
