Located in Cheltenham Victoria our client is looking for a experienced, skilled and qualified contracts administrator. The role will prepare contracts, review and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of the organisation.
Your duties would include
- Understanding project specifications and reading construction drawings
- Developing, reviewing, evaluating and negotiating project variations
- Responding to inquiries and problem solving regarding programs, projects, and services
- Managing paperwork associated with programs, projects and services
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
You will need:
- A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business related qualification, with at least 2 years of “hands on” experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Very detail orientated
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Proven commercial acumen
- Excellent time management
You will be paid $79,0000- $85,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications
