- Review customer application using RetainMe's CRM
- Contact pre-qualified customers by phone to provide lending advice at various stages of the home loan process
- Creating best in class advice for our customers by understanding their needs and issuing high-quality recommendations.
- Managing an ongoing pipeline of applications proactively, efficiently and effectively.
- Working closely with our in-house customer success team to fulfil home loan applications.
- Communicate with lenders, bank managers, settlement agents and clients throughout the loan process
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- 2+ years of home lending experience within banking or mortgage broking
- Experience in assessing income and financial data to complete servicing calculations
- Excellent attention to the detail and the ability to use initiative
- Strong work ethic and impeccable communication skills
- Completed or considering completing Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Ability to perform to the highest possible standard within a team environment
