Customer Service Officer required on a part-time basis, starting mid-January.
5 month contract role.
Our client is a fantastic Non-Profit organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be working in their Financial Plan Management team, assisting participants with a disability to manage their NDIS Plan. After training period, 1 day out of the three days will be mandatory working in the office!
The Role
5 month contract opportunity for a Customer Service super star.
Your role will be to answer telephone and online queries from a wide variety of customers including Non-Profit organisations, Suppliers, NDIS participants, Carers and Support Co-ordinators.
Monday - Friday, 9-5 p.m. Temp role, circa 5 months months initially.
Please note *** you will require a Working with Children Check, NDIS Check and valid Police Check (or be willing to attain these).
Your Profile
You will have some great Customer Service experience within a corporate environment and enjoy helping people from all walks of life.
Please note that a car is essential for this role.
$35.19/hour plus super.
