- Contractor position with a percentage split dependent on experience

- Structured shifts with AM or PM availability and room rotation at 2pm
- Weekly or fortnightly Saturday option with higher rates
- Monthly peer supervision, extensive PD for early career Psychologists and Friday evening expert PD events
- Flexible roster combinations including Monday PM, Tuesday PM, Thursday AM and Saturday or a Wednesday AM, Thursday AM plus Friday AM or Saturday option
- Opportunity to build skills in parenting work, family systems and holistic therapeutic approaches
- Supportive intake processes including longer initial assessment sessions and ongoing weekly work
- Contractor model with medium to long term engagement
- Long standing holistic practice integrating psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing
- Clients include those with MHCP, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and school referrals
- Team of 15 clinicians plus 4 admin staff managing intake and client flow
- Strong GP referral network ensuring stable caseload and diary demand
- Collaborative team culture with shared lunches encouraged from 1.30pm to 2.30pm
- Monthly supervision led by the Clinical Director and rotational schedules for accessibility
- Regular PD events, social gatherings and twice yearly team meetings
- Support for early career Psychologists with weekly process training
- Rooms set up for comfort and holistic work with access to a multidisciplinary network including naturopaths and chiros
- Software and systems designed for streamlined communication, especially with referring doctors

Requirements
- Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- Comfort working within holistic, integrative and family centred frameworks
- Experience providing couple's counselling, ideally utilising the Gottman Method.
