About the service:
From the moment you step into this privately owned kindergarten, you will be overwhelmed with the effort and care that has gone into creating such a special place. The highly reputable and long-established service has exceeded in all seven elements for multiple assessments and ratings.
Across the road, you gain access to a stunning two-level staff retreat! The retreat features a full kitchen, a lounge area with couches and a library, separate offices for your programming time, a gym equipped with cardio and strength machines, and an entire floor dedicated to learning resources.
About the role:
As ECT, you will assist with creating exciting programs that will assist the group of 22 in their quest to be school-ready! The Kinder has a large indoor area and a private outdoor natural yard.
What we are looking for:
- VIT Registration (provisional is okay; we have mentors available to support this)
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood (Required)
- At least two years of experience teaching or significant experience as an Educator.
- A warm and welcoming disposition
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, regulations, and early learning frameworks.
- Observe, plan, and implement an inquiry-based curriculum approach
- A confident communicator who is team-oriented.
- Working with children check (Requirement)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)
- Able to work a variety of shifts from 7 am to 6 pm.
